this last week i have had the pleasure of meeting not just one, but TWO new spielman babies!
jack ryan spielman was born last week friday to donny and angela. i visited them at their new house (with an incredible lot, and very scary doggy) this week and got to hold little jack. he is so sweet! i've known donny since i was 2 years old, and i think jack looks exactly like him. as of now i'm told he doesn't cry unless he needs something, and he's just a little tiny ball of baby. isn't he so cute?
jack ryan spielman, august 7th, 2009yesterday morning melissa, 10 days overdue, continued the boy trend by delivering caleb mark gustafson. my mom and i had the privilege of visiting melissa and caleb in the hospital this morning (and dave, hailey and luke popped in then too!). it was SO great getting to see caleb at just a day old! he's a big newborn, 8lbs. 12oz, all boy, and very handsome. i can't decide who he looks like just yet. (his face isn't naturally as scrunched as in the picture, i think he was waking up a little bit.) we showered their family with gifts- hailey LOVED her buttefly fairy wand...oh my gosh, she is the most exuberant little girl i know- took a few pictures and were on our way. what a double blessing!
