big ticket item
when i was young, i can honestly say there was only one thing ever that i really really wanted (and asked for for years) that i never got. it was a giant trampoline. now, i can understand my mom's hesitation at buying one for us...we were gymnasts and would've been flipping and flopping all day long while she was gone at work, but i still feel as though i missed out on hours of unbridled jumping joy.
i intend to rectify this situation. as i've told my mom numerous times (and as i still tell her) someday when i settle down, my first big purchase (after buying a house) will be to invest in a giant trampoline. i can't wait!!! this means i have to find a husband that likes to bounce, and my house will have to have at least an 18' clearing of flat ground.
my trampoline will be not unlike this one...the 16.5 ft Big Air, "the biggest round trampoline of them all!" imagine that that's me bouncing, though i might wear a track suit that matches my trampoline (like the guys that ride crotch rockets and match their jackets and helmets to their bikes)- and i'll do a jump that's way cooler.
denver has a place called jump street that you would LOVE - it's a big warehouse filled with huge trampolines all connected together, and angled trampolines running up the walls! super fun! when we went, there was a guy who clearly hangs out there all the time, but he was doing crazy jumps, grabbing onto the rafters 30 feet in the air, etc.
brooke, you are the CUTEST!!! haha. I believe it is our quirkiness that makes us unique and special... and that you ARE!
i got some recent AMAZING news... my grandparents are moving to maryland, right outside D.C. so i have a place to go during the holidays!!! i think it's just an amazing added bonus that you are not too far away as well. waaay cool!!
